Hooves cut into the earth below her as she trotted into the gorgeous forest. Her eyes were amazed by the gorgeous sights around her. The smells of the tall pine trees overwhelmed her senses and her ears took in the sounds of the small creatures that roamed the lands around her. Her multicolored pelt looked dark in the dense forest. The tops of the trees let little sun light filter through and those rays that did were warm and lit up the place rather well. Badra’s loved this world she lived in, but was all too disappointed that everywhere she went it was the same old story.
She came to a firm stop as she looked upon the lands around her. Head dropped to the floor and she uprooted the grass below her. A nicker escaped her vocals and seemed to echo in the loneliness. How she hated to be lonely. It was one of the worst feelings she could have, and she'd been feeling that way quite often over these past few days... Well, ever since her father died really. Her world had fallen apart since then. Ears dropped against her cranium wishing to see another horse since she hadn't for sometime now. Her mind wandered as feet carried her carefully and silently over the lands.

The lush emerald blades caught between his irons and tore from the damp biome.Charred plum flicking softly as a gentle wind caressed the czar's forelock, tossing it this way and that, finally letting it settle in his pools of chocolate. His smooth tassels flittered along the breeze, then landing softly on the stallion's golden neck.He lifted his dished dial as the nicker moved through his pricked auditives.
Chicago Wind let his vocals roam outward, toward the lyrics that had risen him from his graze. He tossed his elegant dial and let out a louder whinny, half rearing in the process. He broke into a steady canter, the tri-beated gait carrieing him swiftly over the sod.The femmora came into veiw and the buckskin stallio slowed his gentle pace to meet her.

Pistons carried her through the silent lands, moving her figure between trees and over logs that have been lying upon the ground for endless months that seemed to tick by like years for the world around it. How many creatures had made use of that fallen tree as a home or as a food supply? One might notice these things if they were too busy. Badra liked to take her time as she moved over the lands because she wasn't hurrying away from anything like she had been days ago. She had been in a hurry to get away from death and to escape sadness that had engulfed her mind. It was a pity really, such an energetic and happy mare had been swallowed by sadness.
The mare raised her crown and looked around, auds pricked up as tall as they could go to listen to the sound that echoed through the woods. Her deep brown eyes were curious to see where the other was and what he looked like. She hadn't been around another horse in quite some time. Those in her father's heard deserted her and the ones that did stay with her died not much longer after the mighty stallions’ death. This would be a chance to make a new friend and hopefully find someone who wouldn't look down upon her as the shadow of a great leader. Finally her eyes caught sight of the buckskin.
His coat showed clearly within the faint light of the forest. There were just enough of the golden sun rays to strike his coat and make him seem as if he was glowing gold as well. His ebony colored locks moved smoothly with his pace that matched hers. Her pistons came to a resting point and she gazed upon the other with curious eyes as he came toward her. Nicker escaped her vocals and it was a sweet sound that bounced off the trees around them, letting her be heard without having to strain.

Chicago slowed to a calm, pace coming to meet the mare perfectly. The stallion dipped his dished dial in respect, and lowered his torso in a dipping bow.Once he returned to a standing position, his lyrics floated like silk along glass."Chicago Wind.."He offered smoothly and brightly.Charcoal locks tossing themselves along his boa.Dark chocolate pools gazed with equality into hers.

She dropped her crown and lowered her torso a bit in a respectful greeting to the other horse as he did for her. She returned to her full height and looked at the stallion. Her eyes traced over his features, being glad to be around another once more instead of being alone... "Pleasure to meet you Chicago..." there was a pause in her speech, making sure it was alright to simply call him Chicago, instead of saying his full name. Once she thought it might have been alright she continued, going on to introduce herself. "I am Badra." she spoke with sweet tones, showing that she was friendly and of course kind hearted.
She feared those who were cruel and vicious. How could someone see life being ok in that state of mind? Even some that resided in the middle lands that didn't really know how they were, chose a dark turn of heart that left them to be cruel and unwilling to see a better, less violent side of life. She didn't know much of Chicago but if she were to judge him by his looks and his tones then he seemed pretty friendly and not cruel.

Chicago nodded.Pleasure as well Badra.Judging by her features, life had been somewhat troublesome for her.Her multi-colored bodice glowed in the fading sunlight, the disappearing light sent an aray of colors dancing on the stallions hide."What is a fine maiden upon a place like this?"The czar inquired sweetly.

Lips curled into a faint smile as she looked upon the stallion. A fine maiden eh? Well she hadn't been called anything of the sort before. She was always the shadow under her father that no one cared for unless she had something to do with her father, or if she had something to do with a problem. Her auds turned backward for a second, listening to a bird's sweet song as it flew through the tree tops. "Wandering. I haven't had the best of times getting here however." she said simply, looking upon the stallion with her deep brown pools. "What about yourself?" her lyrics sounded in gentle tones, with a curious hint sprinkled over top. A stallion like himself must have some sort of business to attend to instead of wandering around in this neck of these dense woods.

Auds stood tall atop her cranium as she listened to that words that flowed freely from his vocals. "Several times a year, eh? You must have some great herd then?" she questioned wonderingly, looking upon the buckskin stallion as she walked forward a few paces. Her pistons came to rest again as she looked back to Chicago. She wasn't intending upon leaving him, it was just that she found it easier to walk and talk then just standing in one place for your whole conversation. Standing seemed as if they were there in one spot forever, and time didn't stand still as long as you did. It continued to move and the world changed. As you walked you could let your eyes venture to new areas and see new things, seeing them change ever so slightly if one paid enough attention. She didn't know if he'd follow in her path, but if he didn't then it was his own loss. She tossed her light tan tinted banner and tilted her head a bit so her feathery forelock stopped blocking her vision.

Chicago shook his head. No,only times I wish to talk..Now I'm looking for a herd.He answered, auds flicking forward then backward to catch any sound of threatening features, yet none fell into hearing range.
