"Hmm, you're and interesting one Chicago." she said with a soft snort as the strong scent of pine bothered her senses. Her deep chocolate brown eyes looked upon the stallion. She couldn't believe one like himself hadn't yet gathered around a strong herd. He was charming and interesting to talk to, which seemingly made him a great leader, but one couldn’t know the skill of leadership unless they were put to the test of actually have a well established herd. Like she'd recently heard of that other stallion, Lucifer, who's already gathered four other horses for his herd and he was working on a strong one in those eerie lands of his. "Most stallions are driven by ego and can't wait to start something as soon as they are on their own." she spoke softly with a calm smile. "I like that about you. Coming here to make friends instead of just fuel an ego." she said, eyes dancing over his figure as the smile graced her features still.
She looked up once more as the sweet sound of birds chirping filled her ears. It was such a sweet sound that amazed her so. It was gorgeous and calming. She looked back over as silence had taken a place between the two horses. "So, where is it that you have taken residence? Or have you not found a suitable place?" Badra asked with a calm and wondering expression. She could have guessed that he didn't yet own a land of his own for he had no herd so why would one such as himself live in a place all alone? She asked herself these questions but came up with no answers that seemed reasonable. She looked upon Chicago still, awaiting an answer to her question.

She looked at the stallion with curiosity showing in her deep pools as he only nodded to all that she had said. Then she looked to watch the sun fall behind the trees and finally disappear below the horizon, creating a beautiful show of colors across the sky. Finally it finished out, letting stars be sprinkled across the sky where they would show for a good long period of time under the sun shooed them away in the morning. Badra was amazed by the night sky. It was one of the most gorgeous things she'd ever seen. The stars were showing by the billions and the moon lit up the forest just right, leaving a bit of a blue glow around them. In a way it was perfect and in another it was kind of eerie. The blue glow presented a calming feeling, but it left a lot to the mystery of the unknown. Who knew what lurked in the darkness around them, and those in the darkness knew not their meaning for being here at this late hour.

"Would it be to bold of me to question you about accompanying you on this journey?" she asked, vocals sounded clear and almost loud in the thick darkness that surrounded the two creatures. She lowered her voice a bit and let her auds twitch back and forth. Eyes no longer remained upon the stallion's figure as they were busily searching the vast area around here where danger may lurk. Darkness was a time that predators roamed, and although Badra was confident that she would find no danger greater then another horse within these woods, she still searched making sure her and Chicago were safe. A small creature with a yellow light being emitted from its tail landed upon Badra's shoulder and its tiny feet tickled her skin. she watched it with a bit of interest before she twitched her muscle, letting the tiny creature know that it went from being cute, to being a pest that annoyed her skin. Optics once more turned to the stallion, hoping her question about questioning him wouldn't be too bold. She would like to accompany him and help him seek out lands.

She was surprised that he had answered so quickly. It brought a smile to her face knowing that she would no longer be alone in these worlds. Sure she may not have a home exactly, but she was with another at least. She was with Chicago Wind, and proud to be. Her eyes gazed up at the sky, seeing the brief trail left but there had been no time to wish. She never saw those things in time for she was always doing something else. Now a silence had filled the space between the two horses and she looked over at him wonderingly for she knew not what to do. She’d been born onto her father's lands but lost them. She was oblivious as to how stallions come upon their lands. Whether they just go look for it or they fight for it.
Badra figured that both were possible choices, but which Chicago was thinking of doing was his choice. She hoped he didn't choose to fight but she couldn’t stop him. "So, where does this journey take us now?" she asked, the question having been a heavy one in her head as she thought of the possibilities as to where they would go from here. Perhaps to seek shelter for the time being since it was dark.

Chicago spoke her mind.Well,in this case,we need shelter,a place to stay over night.Chicago did not speak that she would soon be the first to hold the new harem's first era.

Auds perked as she heard the words being taken right from her mind. A brilliant stallion he was, able to read her mind almost word for word, or perhaps he just had common sense unlike so she could be ashamed to say that she knew. She nodded her cranium as her pools looked around for a shelter that was perhaps a little less dense then these woods. A place that allowed light into the area so she may better see the surroundings that she stayed in. There were way too many dark places in these dense woods. "I'm following you." she said as she gently brushed up against his side and looked to his facial features. Auds were still perked a top her head as she listened to the gentle sounds of the night. Thirst swept over her taste buds and throat as her ears caught the sound of water for a brief moment then it disappeared, becoming quiet once more as if it was a fluke. The mare’s eyes scanned the area as she stayed close to the stallion, tassels moving gentle in a soft breeze that swept through the forest.

Chicago listened the steady ryhme of water flowing over river stones. The buckskin made his way,it growing louder with each slow, sure step. The stallion moved into an open space, surround by thick forest,a small stream running lazily through the lush grass.Chicago broke into a smooth trot and walked into the river, despite it's small size,it deepened quickley, and he stood about chest, sucking the water in the quench his thirst.
