Today, as everyday, was going to be dreadful. Once again he had to get dressed in his stupid gym clothes and head toward the gymnasium for another fascinating round of torture from Corey and Lucas. Did they ever get their punishment they deserved for picking on him day to day? No. Of course not. What are you talking about? Clear your head and think again. In today's society if you have the appearance that you’re normal and that you don't take drugs to make your life happy then you are an idol. If someone even thinks they heard a rumor that you did drugs you were screwed. Simple as that.
Well, it wasn't all that hard to get that sort of title for Jacoby. He was an opposite in society. He was quiet and wasn't the best of kids. He was in a well known family and didn't exactly meet the standards of what they all expected of the Vivian household. He wasn't anything like his sister and he wasn't anything like his father. He was sort of like he mother, but then she died of cancer. Hope that's not saying anything...
He walked into the gym class and tugged at his shorts a bit as he leaned again a wall. They were not long enough for him and it was always something that bothered him. He listened to what the gym teachers said and he smirked slightly as they said hockey. He loved hockey. It was an amazing sport and he was good at it. Sure they didn't play on roller blades like he preferred, but not many of these ditzy people couldn't balance on blades. So he grabbed one of the sticks and took to a side, and lined up at half court for face off. Another reason he loved hockey was because the gym teachers didn't pay attention in gym so it gave him full opportunity to kick butt. He watched as Lucas lined up to face off two, with Corey just beside him. Some girl set the puck in between the two boys.
They counted off as usual, but instead of hitting the puck Lucas high-sticked Jacoby and hit him in the side. Then took the puck off, running toward the goalie. Corey was on the other side, fending off all the kids who thought they could get in there and get the puck. Jacoby ran down the court and the puck slipped. He pulled it out from Under Lucas and he kicked him before running down the court. He got the half way point before Corey snatched the puck from him and Lucas tripped him, causing him to fall on the hard floor, burning his knees in the process. They laughed and too kit down the court again. Jacoby got up and ran down the court, he hit Lucas in the back and pushed Corey out of the way. He hit a wall and fell to his knees while Jacoby scored a goal on their team. Everyone cheered for Jacoby, because if their team won they got extra credit. He gave a smart-alecky grin and stood at the face off point again. This time Corey was there and Lucas was at his side.
He walked casually up to the half court line and slammed the stick against the ground as they waited for the puck to be returned by the goalie. They counted out after the puck was returned and Jacoby pushed Corey out of the way and ran down the court. The two ran into each other and coach called a pause as the two of them fell.
"Did you push me down punk?" Corey asked as he got up, and pushed Jacoby, anger boiling in his eyes, even though it was his fault and everyone knew it but no one dared to say anything. "Yeah, I did. What are you gonna do about it?" He asked, pushing Corey back. What good was it to say he didn't if no one is gonna back him up on that? Might as well get into a fight and show everyone who Corey is when he's not on his steroids. "I'm gonna kick your @$$ that's what I'm gonna do about it." he said simply, then didn't do anything. It's like he had to wait for another response. "Bring it on." Jacoby said as he waited for the first hit. Hey, he can call it self defense while the teacher's aren't paying attention. He swung a high shot at Jacoby and missed horribly. Jacoby returned with some shots to the stomach.

comment;;I have an idea, how about Corey and Sierra are going "out" and ...and...Umm..I guess the story keeps going,I'm out of idea!lol
Sierra set her books down on the bleachers, laughing at a friends joke. Her burnette hair waved down her back, bouncing as she shook her head in agreement to some other girl. She sat down, watching the so called hockey game. Some of those idiot boys couldn't balance on ice skate blades..How sad was that?
Her blue eyes flashed as she saw Corey, smiling softly and continued a steady chat with her friends.Corey could be a bully at times. But he was also,I guess you could say sweet. She watched as the boy tripped Corey, she bit her lip slightly, she knew that boy from somewhere..What was his name?Jacoby!Thats it,Jacoby,he was in her Science and Language Arts classes.
She watched as Corey gained his feet and threw a push, missing terribly bad.Sierra almost wanted to yell at Corey for using the swear language she had warned him about, she shook her head as Jacoby fought back. She slammed her books down and stood up,walking toward the fight where a few others had gathered. She didn't stop to ask them to quit. She stepped right in.With a firm push against his shoulders,Corey was sure to be thrown backward."Corey! What did I say about fighting and swear language?"She said a severe,mother-like tone.

Comments;; sounds like a perfect part of an idea lol
Jacoby backed off as the girl stepped in. There was no way he was going to be a part of that bit. When a girl was mad then she was trouble, and especially if they snap at you in a tone that your mom might use. Then that means you’re in for it. People that stood behind Jacoby snickered and whispered among themselves as Corey got yelled at by his girlfriend. Jacoby was one of those kids, just snickering softly and watching with a bit of interest. There was no use in playing now because the coaches had started paying attention as the huge circle crowded together in one area. That was kind of a huge sign that something was going on so then they started to pay attention incase they had to get up and actually do something for once.
Corey was shocked as his girlfriend pushed in and stopped everything. He watched Jacoby back away and glared at the kid for a second before looking back to Sierra. He set the hockey stick to his side and dropped his eyes to the floor. He couldn’t yell at Sierra... only because he was afraid to. He loved her, but she was so darn strict sometimes that it wasn't even fair. "I'm sorry Sierra... He started it. Did you see when he pushed me?" he asked, in a mumbling tone that only the ones who were close could hear it.
Jacoby looked at his sharply. "I start this sh!t? If you're gonna whine to your girlfriend at least own up to starting all this. Don’t let her turn out to be a dimwit like you." He snapped in a rather harsh voice. Few kids whistled a bit, cheering him on as they agreed the jock was quite stupid. Others just laughed and mocked Corey from a distance laughing at him and rolling up pieces paper to look like they were wearing dunce hats on their heads. They giggled and ran off to the locker room as the coaches blew the whistles for the ten minute warning. Jacoby got a couple high fives before everyone around them left. He looked at Corey with a smart-alecky grin as he stood behind his girlfriend. "See yea Corey. Don't let your mommy be too hard on you." He said, waving a hand at them as if to just wipe this moment out of his mind.
"Shut up right now you little queer." he yelled, grabbing the collar of Jacoby's shirt, not caring what Sierra did. He was gonna kill this kid. He hated when people called him stupid. This kid just annoyed him all around. He was the hardest competition he had and he was a nobody. No one cared about the smart @$$ little Goths who thought they were funny as hell, but this kid really bothered Corey on a daily basis, even though Corey beat him up pretty regularly. He just didn't stop. He always had something better and smarter to say to his angry comments. He hit Jacoby square in the jaw and slammed his face against the gym wall, breaking his nose. Then hit him in the stomach, all in one fluid motion that was too quick for any to stop. He then left before the teachers could write him up.
"Let go of me!" Jacoby yelled as he tried to fend off Corey but he was hit square in the jaw and he couldn't feel the bottom of his face. He tried to knee him in the balls when his face was slammed against the cold stone wall and he took a low shot to the stomach. Corey ran off then, as if he were leaving Jacoby for dead. He slid to the floor for a second, his eyes wide as pain surged through his head and stomach. His jaw felt broken and he knew his nose was broken. It was bleeding and the red fluid traveled down his face. He could feel his heart in his stomach as he tried to get up.

Sierra growled to herself, watcging Corey run off, shaking her head she knelt beside Jacoby.I'm so sorry...She chose her words quite carefully. She ignored kids snickers and jokes, only spinning to glare at them and they shut they're mouths.Okay..I'm not that sorry, because I'm used to it now, but, are you okay?Sierra asked, cursing to Corey under her breath. She watched Jacoby catch his breath then stood up.Coach! She called.Coach Flores!Come quick!Sierra yelled hurridly. The group that was circling the fight raced away as if nothing had happened. As soon as Coach was beside Jacoby,Sierra spun and stalked off after Corey.
The final bell rang,Sierra hadn't seen Corey since the fight..She shook her head.If only Corey would stop thinking he could cure anything with a fight.Sierra stopped outside and set her books down, pulling her hair back and tucking it in a tight, but messy bun.Her blue eyes searching the crowd of swarming kids to try and find Corey, she wasn't mad,I mean, she "loved" Corey..She fumbled with her binder, really just wasting time until Corey came out.

Jacoby shook away her half hearted apology. He knew girls with boyfriends like that could never give a sincere apology. It was not possible, ever. He scooted away as the coach came over to him. He hated these coaches. They sat are like the lazy pieces of crap they were and then when something was wrong they rushed to the scene so they didn't get a bad reputation. Jacoby pushed him away and walked away to the locker room in a huff. He hated that freak Corey and his little gay buddy Lucas. He grabbed his stuff from the locker room and followed the other people out. He made sure to avoid both Lucas and Corey so they didn't try and beat him up again.
Corey went into the locker room and he and Lucas were one of the first two people out so they could avoid Sierra. Sure Lucas wasn't worried by her, but he was with Corey all the way. So he walked behind him, making sure they got away from her. They got out into the hallway and made a run for it, disappearing into the music hall and took a turn down the science wing were their next class was.
Jacoby was behind the group and he was trying not to concentrate on the pain in his nose. He had a tissue to try and slow down the bleeding while he walked to the nurse's office and then he would head to his language arts class. He wasn't paying attention to where he was going when he bumped into Sierra again. "If you're looking for that freak you call a boyfriend, he and Lucas ran down the hallway to their science class." he said with an annoyed sounding tone as he brushed past her. He knew their schedule just as well as they knew his so he could avoid them as best as possible. He hated running into them in the halls for they were merciless beasts when no one was around. He didn't see why they chose him, he never did anything to either of them before, so why him? Probably because he stuck out around this place. He wasn't a normal kid you could say. He had his family's riches behind him, but he dressed and acted like the world around him was hell.
He might not say it was that exactly, but it was pretty close. His mother had been the only person he was close to aside from his sister, his father looked down upon him because Jacoby wasn't like him, and his grandparents hadn't liked how he was so they tried to change him. It annoyed him how no one could see that he was a pretty ok person just as he was. Either way he dealt with problems as they came, whether it meant getting his nose broken or a terrible ache in his head.

Thanks..She muttered under her breath. She shook out her hair yanking the scrunchy from her hair, pain shot through her head but she ignored it.Corey was pushing it to far.She didn't know what to do.The eighteen year old felt tears come to her eyes, but she brushed them away with the back of her hand and rushed to Language Arts, sitting down in her seat right when the late bell rang.
As last period bell rang, she leaped from her seat, ready to go home. She ran a hesitant hand over her hair, feeling it part as her figures interfered with it's bouncy waves. She walked to her locker and ran her combination through her head.14,24,38,she worked the lock and opened it quickley, pushed her books in and thanked God for no homework.Maybe she could work things out with Corey..Maybe.
Sierra walked outside, breathing in fresh air, happy to be free again, the word weekened was fabulous, she stopped suddenly, remembering.Sierra moved sideways to avoid a rush of people running from the building, she sat down on the concret sidelines, waiting for Corey to appear. She knew he couldn't avoid her this time. The front door was the only open exit.

Corey and Lucas went to their lockers which were right next to each other. They both had algebra homework as well as biology homework, but only Lucas grabbed his books. Corey usually copied from Lucas, but Lucas actually did his homework so he could keep his place on the football team. If he got anything less then a 3.7 his parents would pull him off the team... Giving a huge reason why he didn't copy off of anyone. He didn't trust their work to be as good as his own. They walked down the hall and grinned as they seen Jacoby at his locker. Sucked for kids that had bottom lockers.
Jacoby knelt down on the floor and rested on his knees. His head was still aching and his stomach hurt beyond belief. He now had a splint on his nose that held it in place from being broken. The nurse here was all too prepared for his injuries. She knew who he was by heart and was always ready with either a phone to call the ambulance or a bottle of pain pills to sooth him while she examined the problem. Sadly, Corey or Lucas never got punished because they were on the football team and their daddies would bribe the school or something stupid like that. His dad would never do such a thing for him. He pulled out his Biology homework, his calculus homework and his history homework and shoved the three books into his black book bag and went to stand up when someone's foot held him in place. "What do you want Corey..." he asked with a calm tone as he sighed outwardly.
"You, freak. What's the big idea in thinking you can take me on?" he asked grabbing Jacoby by his shirt collar and pushing him up against the lockers. "You think you're something special because you can call me out? Well you lost, and I bet this hurt didn't it?" he asked, tapping roughly onto the split that kept Jacoby's nose still. He laughed as Jacoby moaned in pain and Lucas laid a fist into his face as the final bell rang, dismissing them all from school for the weekend. "You just keep yourself calm alright. And I won't have to teach you anymore lessons..." he said, hitting Jacoby as well. The two of them walked out the door after the huge crowd and saw Sierra on the steps. "Sorry about earlier Sierra. I don't know what came over me." he said in a sorry tone as he sat down beside her.
Jacoby walked out soon after the two of them, two newly added bruises showing up very clearly upon his pale features. He walked by them, giving a double bird and walked off to get on his motor cycle. He pulled the helmet over his head and gave Corey a cold stare before putting in the key and turning on the bike. He looked away from the three of them and silently wished death upon them as he turned and began riding off.

Sierra bit her lip again.I do...She said looking up to meet his eyes, then she shook her head averting her gaze from his.Corey.You can't solve everything with fighting, yeah,Jacoby does need to be put in his place. But I saw what you just did.I-If you keep fighting I'm afraid it just won't work out..And Corey, please believe me,I like you,I really do,but..I mean,I,I don't know.Sierra was almost in tears,no one knew how hard she was working to say all this,it hurt her.

Corey looked at her as she said she knew. His eyes watched her carefully and he looked over to Lucas excusing him. He didn't have to stay and listen to their relationship problems. He nodded slightly and was on his way so he could get home and hopefully lock his father out of the house. He ran off to his car leaving them sitting there on the wall, waving to them before leaving the parking lot. He looked down, dropping his gaze away from Sierra as she said all this. She would leave him if he didn't stop being himself? "Sierra, please, if there's anything in the world that can keep you with me I'll do it... but I mean that kid was asking for it. He's always pushing me that extra bit." he said quietly.

Sierra listened to Corey, shaking her head vigorously.Corey, didn't you just hear me?In short words,I don't care if he was asking for it.She listened to the rest.Corey,if you'll do anything..Then this is quite simple.Stop fighting.Sierra stood up,kissed him gently on the cheek, and walked down the sidewalk toward her house.
Chante threw up her golden head,Sierra patted the palomino tenderly, stroking her neck was such hesitance,it took minutes to reach her withers. The mare pawed, her cream mane flying about her neck.Yesterday played back through Sierra's head.Chante sensed this and wasn't her usual calm self.Sierra patted her and talked with soothing words, before throwing a saddle over the Holsteiner's back.
Once she hit the saddle, her troubles melted away, after a smooth warm up,Sierra loped Chante to the park's horseback trails. She smiled, watching the trail go on and on.No holes dipped in the trail, only a log about three foot at the very end.Sierra leaned forward, kneeding her hands along the golden mares neck. The tall horse broke into a speedy pace.Galloping down the clean path,as they neared the end,Sierra sat back and collected the natural born jumper.Chante pricked her ears, collecting to a bouncy pace. The mare rounded her back, bringing her neck up to meet Sierra. Then cleared the log with an easy foot to spare.
