She looked away for a second and then looked back at him, her eyes not wanting to leave his perfect face. She shrugged slightly and got back to dancing. Why was he being so nice. If he didn't feel like overly friendly that is. Most of the guys she ment just wanted to bring her back to their house or to a hotel or something, but he hadn't hinted in the slightest that he wanted to. Infact, he seemed to feel as if he bairly wanted to get friendly with her at all. Maybe he really did just want a friend.

"What are you thinking about? You look a little surprised. Did I do something?" he asked as he looked back at her. He dropped down to the floor and then back up to let his figure move to the beat. He couldn't quite guess it, but it was almost as if she was lost in thought about something. He wondered what was on her mind to make her think so hard about it.
comments;; bleh that sucked so bad. sorry lol

More what you aren't doing, but I'm cool with it she said flashing a full pleasant smile. SHe moved to the beat tring not to think about him that why and to only think of him as a friend but it was hard when the guy you are tring to be friends with was just nice and sooooo hot. even her sister would agree with her there.

"Ahh I see. I must be old school then, if it's what I'm not doing..." the thought of that older alcoholic she had been dancing with popped into his mind as he spoke to her, a small smile showing on his lips. He was old school, because he knew seniors that were dating freshmen. Adrian wasn't grabbing her or being a little overly friendly like some boys would. Hell, there was a space between the two of them that another person could fit in. Sure she looked good, but he didn't want to be accused of rape if anything happened. Since he is over the age of 18, doing anything with her could be called as rape if tomorrow she hadn't like what happened.
He didn't know if he liked the thought of dating a freshman either. He'd be 19 this year and four or even five years was quite a bit to be younger then him. If she was 15, which she didn't look it to him, then it would still be almost a four year age difference. He'd be 19 in December, and he didn't know when her birthday was but still. A nice smile showed upon his features as the song faded into a fast paced swing dancing song. Ronnie, a strange DJ he was, but he really played in the best combination of music that he could get. He looked around the dance floor, and the couples moved closer, holding one another as they waited for the main movement to start. Adrian looked at her. "Do you dance to swing?" he asked.

I dance anything she said with a smile. She didn't mind dating an older guy, this guy seemed so much nicer then any of the other guys she's ever met so really, she wouldn't be surprised if she fell head over heels for him.

"Great." he said with a bright smile and saw Damien watching him. That kid creeped him out sometimes, but he loved the guy like a brother. They had both started here at the same time and had worked on many various routines for their last call serving. They broke bottles and laugh at each other, danced together when drunk and had carried one another out of the club many times. He took her hand in his and pulled her closer, as another hand rested on her waist. He looked down to her, a small smile showing on his features. He picked up the beat of the song, a quick paced one, and smooth moves would fit in well. He looked into her eyes as he moved them more into the dance floor, his body moving to the beat as the face paced song led couples to spinning moves and other random things. Either way, it was all mixed styles of swing for this song.

She placed her hand lightly on his shoulder with a luagh. She put on the pleasant smile you get used to danceing with and let the music wash over her. She beat was almost perfect for the dance. He had a really great ear. She felt special not just bumping and grinding sometimes. AT the clubs, it was fun to get a little practice in.

A smile too over his features as the two of them moved to the beat, letting their body's catch the perfect steps to the song. He'd always thought it was a lot of fun to actually get in some dancing once in a while when you were at a club. Grinding is a lot of fun no doubt, but it can get a tad boring, and then you want to do something else that's a bit different. This was different and it was great. The smile never left his features as he swept her off her feet and then dropped her back down and spun her out. His actions were fast paced, but they met the song easily and looked good. Being paranoid about dancing with someone younger was just kind of pushed away for the moment. She was a great dancer.

She went with every move he made smoothly and slid in a few of her own. This sure was fun, he was a great dancer like she thought he'd be. She thought that it was safe to say he was the best dancer she'd ever danced with , even considering her dance teachers-they never were really as relaxed as him-, and all of her other dance parteners allways did something wrong. He seemed to do everything right. Her didn't stare at her shirt or down it, he was relaxed but not too relaxed., he knew the steps well and wasn't afraid to show that off in a cute way and most importantly, he looked her in the face or eyes all of the time, well allmost all of the time-it gets pretty hard to look your partiner in the eye when they are spinning.

Adrian would never say that he was better then a dance teacher, yes probably more relaxed, but he could never say that made him better. In his opinion he wasn't better then anyone at anything. He wasn't a good enough dancer to be in any competitions and he wasn't a good enough artist to have anything showing where all eyes could look in admiration. His father was part of the reason he didn't feel he was good enough for any of those things. The man beat down on Adrian and told him that he wasn't good enough. He told Adrian that unless he spent his life on something he wouldn’t be good enough to get anywhere. It crushed Adrian's hopes and dreams of doing anything big with himself, but right now he was distracted by how much fun he was having.
Dancing was a great pass time for him, and best of all it kept him in shape when he got into the more physical and strength relying dances. There was some where the man was required to swing their partner around, or control them almost completely. It gave the muscles in his arms a workout and it showed that he had control in himself. He'd danced with many, and he'd learned to be able to adjust to whatever his partner needed. Like he might need to slow his steps down, or instead of spinning, maybe a casual roll out was better. He was happy when he danced and it was great when he found someone else who was good. She was younger and shorter then him, but she still could keep the beat and tossed in a few of her own moves. She had control as well, making this an even partnership. A gentle, but firm grip pulled her in close to him, then spun her back out and brought her back. He remembered the first time he'd tried that, his grip hadn't been firm enough and his fingers slipped. What a disaster!!
