"I'll be screwed? Shall I test that threat?" he asked with a laugh, but wouldn't do that. Anyone in here probably could tell she wasn't supposed to be in here, but he wasn't going to be the one to ruin her fun. He'd been in here since a young age as well and the place just grew on him. If anything ever happened to this place he'd have an empty hole in his heart. He'd had some great times here. "Don't worry. I won't say anything." he said with a smirk as he asked Kyle for a Jack and coke mix. Kyle slid him the drink and he sipped from the glass. The mixture of coke and Tennessee whiskey was smooth and tasted great. He could handle a lot of these before he was smashed which is what he intended. He didn't want to get drunk right away.

She eyed the drink slightly curiously, that was one drink she hadn't tasted yet. Would she be able to swipe a sip or two of it from him? Probualy not but if she didn't manage she'd turn it into some sort of flirty move or at least a jokeing one.

"What are you looking at?" he asked with a smile as he held the glass in his hand. The chill of the ice cubes in the drink turned his skin cold and the sweat from the glass in the warm area was starting to form on the sides. He watched her with a small smile as he sipped the drink. The charcoal aged whiskey splashed over his tongue and left a sweet taste, along with the bubbling carbonation of the coke, before easily sliding down his throat. He rested the glass on his leg as his fingers of the other hand wrapped themselves around the glass.

Nothing she said suddenly looking as innocent as a kitten. If she was going to doo it, she would have to do it right. Not take, coax.

"Really..." tones spoke with a bit of disbelief, letting Nicole know that he didn't think her answer was true. His dark optics showed her a curious look as they searched her seemingly innocent eyes for a real answer to his question. He kept the drink set against his leg and still kept his fingers wound around the chilled glass. Once more he raised it to his lips, taking in the dark brown, almost black, liquid. He didn't remove his eyes from her as a small smile crossed over his lightly hued features. This was one of those strange silent moments that most people dreaded with a burning passion, but he only smiled. He was not fazed by silence for it didn't scare him. It simply drew out his curiosity and only made him all the more patient to see if she was going to react in any way.

Her eyes met his and locked onto their target. She stayed completly innocent with her body language. SHe smiled sweetly and kept her posture calm and relaxed. She ignored the long silence. Sure, silence was awkward and wierd for her but she didn't really make a fuss about never letting it stay like this. Sometimes it was better just to let body language take over and not worry about what you are saying.

The smile didn't stray from his lips as he watched her calmly. She hadn't said anything or really done anything as a result of his curious gaze toward her. She only smiled sweetly and looked back at him, not letting her eyes divert from his as if she was focusing on him for some strange reason. He set the chilled glass on the bar, still a little more then half filled, as he dug into his pocket and pulled out a box of cigarettes, which had only one remaining. His eyes left hers as he looked out to the dance floor for a brief second. He pulled a black lighter from the same pocket and let the stick hang loosely between his lips as he cupped his hands around the end and let the flame lick the tip of the cancer stick. He tucked the lighter away and drew in a steady breath as he inhaled the toxins. He pulled the cigarette from his lips, holding it between his index and middle fingers as he tilted his head back and let the smoke drift out of his lungs, then used a forceful breath to rid the rest. He looked back over to her then as Room 21 by Hinder was played. Great song.

Now you're just being mean! she said semi- scowling. Maybe he hadn't noticed but she would kill for a smoke or a drink or dsomething right now, and here he was drinking and smoking,. He knew that she was too young to do either of them but she still did them anyways.

He'd known she wanted some, he wasn't stupid. Her innocence wasn't real and a blind man could see that. As soon as he got his drink she'd watched it carefully, and played the sweet, innocent girl. Nah! It was his. He wasn't giving her any. She wasn't good enough at being sweet to get him to give. She needed much more practice if that's how she planned to go about getting things. "How am I being mean? You're perfectly capable of buying a drink on your own... Besides, this was my last one." he said with a laugh as he set the empty box of cigarettes on the bar and smashed it underneath his hand to give it an accordion-like shape. She had bought a drink from him, perhaps she could fool Kyle? Or maybe she couldn't? He wasn't sure how bright the boy was. He might sense the fake ID and not give her one unlike he did. He knew she was obviously too young but yet he gave her the drink anyway. He placed the cigarette between his lips again taking a long drag. "Besides, you shouldn't be throwing your life away with this nuts." he said as he picked up the drink again and took in the ice cold liquid. Adrian couldn't remember when he started drinking. It was always around the house and he always got in a few drinks while his father was drunk. The smoking started a little while before he turned 16.
